We are a grassroots group of residents from The Reserve, a 55+ age-restricted community in Aurora, Colorado. We formed in response to Vantage Data Centers' submission of a preliminary Site Plan to develop a hyperscale data center on land directly adjacent to our community.
We are not affiliated with Vantage Data Centers, the City of Aurora, or any political organization. We are neighbors who believe this development, as proposed, poses unacceptable risks to the quality of life, health, and property values of our community — and we intend to make that case through every available legal and civic channel.
